Jemima J by Jane Green

Jemima J by Jane Green: another quick read that I polished off in half a day. It’s the story of a sad, fat girl that longs to be thin but doesn’t really have the willpower to do it. However, she gets on the Internet and meets a hottie from California (she lives in London) who wants to meet her. Of course, she’s told the guy that she’s thin and gorgeous, so now the pressure is on. It was a good book with a pretty interesting twist at the end. I enjoyed it.

I have read the jemima j, just finished it yesterday. I really enjoyed it but the one thing i didnt like is that it was always changing the narrative just when something crucial was about to happen. I really loved the book though, even though it was a bit disconcerting when Ben Williams only managed to fall madly in love with jemima when she weighed roughly the same amount as a carrot stick.

I finished the book last week and once again it astounds me to say with privledge Jane Green has done it again, boy meets girl, girl reads book!

I really enjoyed reading this story. The lesson included was wonderful and inspiring. One comlaint that I had though, was some of the inappropriatness found throughout, and which had no reason being in, the book. Aside from that, I loved it, and I flew through it.

I just finished my second novel Straight Talkin and the reality of these characters scares me and comforts me at the same time.

It seems that us women are more alike than we think or care to admit too.

These books are very addicting!

Keep going girl!
